We Are Looking For Dynamic Sales Representatives in Montreal and Toronto

Both our  Industrial Packaging, Shipping, and Sanitation Division Sales Team and our Consumer Products for the Retail Trade Sales Team actively market and sell Dorfin products, services and solutions to businesses. 


Each Account Representative is responsible to bring in new customers and to manage and improve existing customer accounts to guarantee satisfaction and growth. Account Representatives spend the majority of their time talking directly with the customer.

The Responsibilities Are:

  • On the road sales to accounts that have been opened by you or that you may have 
    been assigned to ensure commitments are met and accounts are properly taken care of to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quick informed responses to any customer or potential customer inquiries received by phone, 
    email, and fax or from the visits.
  • Provide all new product information and updates to ensure all customers  are aware of all products 
    and changes with products.
  • Implement a target list and call on these businesses to develop new business.
  • Ongoing account development by increasing the breadth of products, solutions and services 
    offered to customers. 
  • Ongoing development of relationships with the accounts to ensure understanding the customer’s 
    needs to be able to provide the right solutions and products to customers.
  • Provide  customer  feedback  to the purchasing and marketing teams  with regard to any new products, 
    special needs or custom products.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Management what’s happening in the market with regard to products, 
    prices, service, competition etc.
  • Communicate with credit department with regard to credit information for the opening of new accounts 
    and the account’s credit status.
